Have It Your Way – Monday, Dec. 29th, 2008

burger-king-trayIt’s not Burger King but you make the choice just the same, and whichever one chooses, God will assist him in that choice. There is a law, a principle taught in the Word of God that would suggest that we can have some things our way. It can be compared with creating our own reality. Of course there are limits to this ability, limits established by God.

A man has been enabled to choose between good and evil, life and death, blessings and curses. Though man is not the author of either he must choose between the two. When a man chooses evil he is subject to the source and father of evil, the notorious devil. When a man chooses good, he is subject to the God of all goodness, the great Jehovah.

Here we see that our choices are limited – there is not an infinite number of possibilities in this equation but God has allowed and provided us with the choice between the two. To do nothing is to choose defeat and ultimate destruction because the attainment of goodness and blessing must be gained through warfare, spiritual warfare which can only be waged through and with the power of God. The goodness of God must be contended for. It must be attained by being proactive, assertive using rthe equipment that God provides for the warfare.

There is nothing static in the world. Evil exists in the world and its aim is to destroy all that which God pronounced good at creation. One need not2257259964_180ae783bd give assent to it in order to be destroyed by it. Passivity and complacency will not be a safeguard against its destructive power. All things exist in a dynamic ever changing process, either being built up or being torn down. Because of the two opposing forces nothing escapes to remain static and unchanged. Man is powerless against evil without being aligned with the Almighty.

So, what a man speaks, he gets as he speaks blessings and meets God’s conditions for those blessings, he gets blessings. If he speaks evil he gets evil. It is not that God wishes evil but we must realize that there is real malevolent and evil hostility in the world against which mankind has no power to resist without the power of God. Therefore, when one speaks against God, God simply withdraws His goodness from him and leaves him subject to that malevolence.

Well, you might say that all you have had is bad luck or that nothing works for you, or, if it were not for bad luck I would have no luck at all. This will only continue to draw this reality to you. On the other hand, if we align ourselves with God and His goodness and correspondingly speak the good things He speaks for us, we will then draw goodness to us, so to speak.

In order to attract goodness, we must be ‘good’ and working on its increase in our lives. This requires working the plan of God. We get better and better and stronger and stronger . God has given those that love Him and obey His commands great and wonderful promises. Work the plan!

Rev.

Rev’s reply to “Brave New World” at Troubl.org | That New World Order

November 16, 2008

Brave New World

Written by: TROUBLMan

New World Order Brave New WorldBuzzing through conspiracy circles are claims that the current world financial crisis has been engineered to initiate an autonomous world government, othwerwise known as the New World Order. Financial manipulation, along with social enginnering, RFID tagging and mind control are a few of the tactics used by the Illuminati to seize control of mankind.

Whether you’re a conspiracy buff or a skeptic, know that British Prime Minister Gordon Brown called for a “truly global society” to manage the world’s economic crisis. “The alliance between Britain and the US, and more broadly between Europe and the US, can and must provide leadership, not in order to make the rules ourselves, but to lead the global effort to build a stronger and more just international order,” Brown said Monday, speaking at the annual Lord Mayor’s banquet in London.

Questions: Are we headed toward a New World Order? Is it inevitable? If not, what can we do to reverse it? What is Obama’s role in all of this?

I agree with the writer that we are indeed headed for a new world order. It is of epic proportion and beyond belief being totally incredible to fathom. Once the uninitiated become savvy to it’s intent the realization begins to become apparent. The conspiracy is hidden in plain sight. It is said that the best place to hide it is right out in the open. All the movies about conspiracy are intended to make it seem impossible, improbable and imaginative but it is here and progressing according to plan.

All of the little blogs I have written are aimed at debunking the tools used by media to indoctrinate, manipulate and control the thinking of the populace. It is far too late in the game to change the intended course of events but it is possible that with awareness and insight men and women might be free from the treachery of having their minds stolen from them.

One of the first levels of attack is to take away the hope of the people which equates to, among other things, taking away faith in God. There is a plan for a one world religion also, by the way. The end purpose is to make slaves out of the population who are dirt poor while there is a ruling class of super-rich. These trends are discernable and obvious.

The primary means of creating this slave mentality is the control of men’s minds. They control what can be said on the news, they engineer the content of entertainment in the media movies included. All of it has a message and a purpose. Read my previous posts to see the how our minds are systematicaaly being stolen from us such that we are controlled b media.

SOMEBODY ELSE’S MIND!

August 27, 2008

Odds are that you think that all the thoughts that occur in your head are your own. Much of what we are is a composite of what we have been exposed to right along with what we are innately. What we are innately is what we have inherited from our progenitors (parents- lineage). Have you ever heard the saying that “you are what you eat?” Dr. Ted Brower, a biochemist and nutritionist, says that because the pig’s physiology is so similar to that of humans we take on the physical characteristics of the parts of the pig that we eat regularly. Yes! He says that those that love certain cuts of the pig take on the very same physical attributes of that particular cut. Wow!

This can easily be compared with what we are exposed to in thoughts and words and ideas. We become like that which we focus on the most. It is said that if we hate someone we become just like them. Why? Because we are so focused and perhaps obsessed with them. Thus, it can be said that we are what our minds consume.

There is a principle in the natural world that bears this out. Consider birds hatched from an egg. They immediately identify with the first thing they see moving. They follow it and mimic its every move. We’ve all seen the biologists trying to save a species dress like the mother and mimic her activities for the new born birds in order to teach them how to survive in the world and not get fixed on human behavior which would not support their ability to survive in the wild.

Now, let’s look at human behavior. Human children have the longest period of dependence on the parents and absorb all that they see and are exposed to. Not only do they have the same physical characteristics as the parents but they adopt very similar mental and emotional characteristics. It is likely that humans never stop being impressionable and moldable for most of their lives. What does that mean? It simply means that humans are much like chameleons that take on the appearance of its surroundings.

People know these things about people. Brain washers and corporate mind controllers, using techniques of mind control learned in years of marketing research are brainwashing people who are manipulated into behaviors desired by the manipulators. They use graphic images, clever jingles, constant repetition of ideas in and through various media. Did you think that we had our “own minds?”

So, as we look around us, how can we be sure that we are seeing truth? How can we be sure that what we believe is real? We become identified with the realities that we are exposed to. And all this to such a degree that we can actually see contradictions in opposition to what we believe to be true and never give it a second thought. We can know that we are being lied to and never do a solitary thing about it. We are lambs in the slaughter house. They can do anything to us they want to do.

We must realize that the person we think we are is not usually the result of our own thoughts. It is most often somebody else’s mind; somebody else’s image and idea. To a large degree, we come into this world with an impressionable slate awaiting programming. Well, if that’s the case, who can we say we are? Enormous consideration, huh? We are a composite of what we have been told, how we have treated; what we have observed through that which has been portrayed by others. Of course this has significant implications depending upon what we have seen and been told. If those impressions are consistent with positive, life sustaining behaviors we are in good shape but if those impressions and portrayals are life defeating and life destroying images catastrophe follows.

Is there an answer for this dilemma? Of course there is! When we realize all these factors exist, we can allow ourselves to be reprogrammed by limiting or displacing exposure to defeating self concepts and behaviors and concentrating on, or even meditating on positive behaviors. This may be accomplished by trust in God! The first step is, stop being the victim and be responsible.

Psychologists are always attempting to determine what is normal and what is abnormal often with catastrophic results. They themselves cannot help but be doubtful and conflicted in many cases. But where is the real answer? I submit to you that what is normal is found in the original creation of mankind in his state of innocence. This is normal and everything else is perverse.

Let’s examine the case of Dr. Spock, a pediatrician who began to teach parents how to parent their children and he was not even a psychologist. He taught parents not to censure or discipline their children for selfish outbursts or tantrums stating that they would grow out of it. “It’s just a phase” he said. Now I image that black people were slow getting exposed to this but we’ve caught up now in many cases. He wrote books and changed the entire landscape of parental ideologies in the country. His advice was offered in order to protect the self-esteem of the children he said. He was very popular among many people in this country.

To make a long story short, after a generation of children grew up, Dr. Spock when confronted with his own spoiled children, publicly recanted and said that he had been wrong. He said that he could not stand spoiled children after polluting generations of children. He died soon after. It matters what one believes in. Every belief is not conducive to good health and longevity. Every belief is not right. Some beliefs are deadly lullabies intended to be deceptive and destructive.

Like those baby birds that follow the first thing moving, disaster looms big if they should happen not to have benefit of the parent bird to emulate but happen to see humans when they arrive in this world. They identify with those humans and cannot exist as they were meant to exist as adult birds. Unfortunately, there is no known recovery for the birds so impressed. There is, however, every hope for the ever impressionable human who opens his heart to real truth from the most reliable source there is. Jesus Christ!

It’s a matter of trust! I am so glad I learned to trust Him. Let me be a bit more honest. My trust is not perfect yet. I should rather say I am learning to trust Him more each day. Actually, I am kind of a hard case and they say a hard head makes for a soft behind. I am frequently compelled to sit very gingerly. The bottom line is that my Father in heaven is much more of a father to me than my earthly father. I’m glad about what I becoming. The bible is clear that there is a plan to change our course, change our minds and hearts and to make us glad about what we are. One expression of this process is:

2 Cor 3:16-18
Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. NKJV

The Bible also says that we must come to God as little children. Children are especially impressionable and trusting. AS those children observe God in Jesus Christ they become chips off the old block. They become just like Jesus. Jesus is so wonderful to look at. He is my hero.

It is very possible to become brand new. I’m on my way. Want to come? I am being born again step by step and day by day.

Rev.

Deadly Lullaby

August 26, 2008

Deadly Lullaby

On the surface we see the bright lights, gold, the jewels, the “bling bling.” Remembering that appearances can be deceiving, it’s time to get smart. Like Vegas that glitters on the surface, it does not reveal the potential for destruction and misery. It does not make evident the attraction of drugs and prostitution which lurks in the shadows. It does not reveal that what glitters is not the promise of success and prosperity. It does not speak of itself as a plot and a ploy to destroy men and consume them whole. It does not reveal the trail of homes, husbands, wives, children, and destinies destroyed collected in it’s coffers. It does not reveal that there is an enormous and treacherous green-eyed monster whose voice is the sound of “ka-ching” and that breathes fire and bondage; that takes away all the substance of men especially the poor, disadvantaged, and oppressed, and whose steady diet is human flesh.

Oh Yes! The lights are bright, the carpets quite red, the ambiance quite luxurious and the sounds of jack-pots frequent but it is not innocent. It is not a promise for personal wealth for the masses but is like a worm concealing the hook it hides. The same enemy that perpetrates this fraud of glitter is the very same whose real identify is hidden determined to pull that very same red carpet from under the hapless and naïve victim.

2 Cor 11:14-15
And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.
NKJV

Let us not suppose that this oppression stops at the gambling table in the lavish casinos gaining such acceptance through our society. The glittered images are proliferated throughout the very fabric of modern life. Just as “Smiling Faces tell Lies,” The whole fabric of society these days preaches a message of the beauties and love of wealth and power while it steals everything from the unwitting.

It’s time to get smart and know who our friends are. We are bombarded with the hedonistic message that more is better. And so we, with reckless abandon, and wonton spend and live beyond our means. We love high and wild, and love for the moment while watching the images of sexual exploitation in the meat market of beautiful bodies.

If one simply stops and takes a good look at all the many activities that are destroying us, we can see the intent is present to do just that. It is no coincidence that there is black on black crime; that Planned Parenthood is a racist agenda to destroy a very proud and powerful people; that the record shows the focus of this agenda is focused on the demise of particular people in various parts of the world.

Getting smart means that we should no longer participate in our own destruction be get smart and live according to that which can be trusted. Know who your friends are! Know the best friend that any one could ever have. Know that friend that proved His honesty and love by allowing Himself to be killed for His purpose to bring His people to full success and completion of destines.

Jesus is really the answer. I have been a long way off and into very miserable living, looking for love in all the wrong places. One day I finally came home to peace and security. We are being drawn away by a deadly lullaby; by that proverbial pied piper. He plays beautiful music that seems to be irresistible but his plot is to destroy lives and families. Oh Yes! It sounds good and feels good to be in his fairy tale play land. Concealed beneath it’s immediate pleasures are broken families, lost relationships, in ability to trust anyone, lonliness, pain and misery. It’s time to take the covers off the deception. It’s time to find true love, true hope, trust and reliability. It’s time to get reacquainted with ourselves. We are fractured within ourselves and do not know who we are. We often do not like ourselves being out of control, doing things that we don’t want to do and always asking the question in complete defeat and discouragement, “why did I do that?” We live lives of defeat and abandonment to hopelessness.

We can gain victory and get reintegrated within ourselves as whole people, secure people, people who like themselves. God has a plan for us. He’s a hard father who demands excellence and He cannot be fooled and flattered into serving our purposes. He’s tough but I am glad for that now. I am becoming much more than I could have ever imagined. God’s plan is that we be all we can be and attain the heights of success and personal prosperity.

Looking for the red carpet or a magic one or something?

August 19, 2008

Looking around and taking a good hard look at what is considered success, we see a lot of people with a lot of things that don’t feel very successful. So many people, feeling on the down side of life, are looking for answers to balance the scales and make them feel as good as others. We think the answer is in materialism as portrayed in the media. Great wealth is not the answer. More is not always better! Or is it?

The race is on! We pile up luxuries to give the appearance of successful. What’s that old adage, “Fake till you make it”? Looking at beautiful bodies with lots of artificial effects to alter the basics, we feed on the ice cream and cake, fat salt and sweets of life until we our hearts have become sickened with the whole routine. We roll out the red carpet for ourselves.

I don’t know if you’ve noticed but people don’t seem to be getting happier or more satisfied with more. It seems we pile on the attractive exterior effects on top of insecurity and inferiority. Perhaps we feel that these effects are a magic carpet? Living life on ice cream and cake makes for a rotten core; bad teeth, heart disease, kidney failure (ask me, I’m there), and early demise. Our hearts, our minds are just the same. We want everything to be the best and lots of if. Nobody can have more than me – after all, I am the “Joneses.”

The least popular and most distasteful things are often the best for us. Jesus is no longer popular of course. He’s outdated for much of the population but He still has the healthiest words though often distasteful and misunderstood. He said these words:

“Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses.”(Luke 12:15), NKJV

So what does success consist of? Remember, beauty is only skin deep. My own personal testimony is that I am more and more pleased with myself knowing that I am developing the inward character to stand strong in tough times. I am learning to fight for life and work for what I achieve and believe that I “can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” I know Jesus and I like what he is making of me. I was raised spoiled and grew up pretty much self indulgent. I am learning to be a fighter. No, not fighting others and being a victim but fighting me and my own self indulgence. That self indulgence only makes me dislike myself more and more. As of today, I love myself more and more so that “things” mean less and less. My wealth and gold mine are inside of me where nobody can steal them.

So, take a good honest look at the real you. How well do you know yourself? What are your dreams? How much do you love yourself – I mean really deep down on the inside? Truth gains the victory and hard work makes for success.

Think about it!
